For the Wisconsin State Senate, one is allowed to submit up to 800 signatures, although only 400 are needed to get on the ballot. Who qualified for the 800 club – turning in 800 perfect signatures?

1,000 signatures are needed to qualify for congress. Dems failed to qualify a candidate for the ballot in CD 1 (Paul Ryan). Libertarians did.
